As a Maiko

Usually I would like to chronically write things in order. But I'm quite excited to upload these so I'll do it now before anything else.

I've planned to do a Maiko photoshoot since I booked my flight. This is one of the things I was most looking forward to. The photoshoot was held in Maiko-Henshin, Kyoto. This was the Maiko Studio Photography Plan which cost me 9975yen. However as I made my reservation I received a discount because there was some kind of promotion so it ended up being 6500yen. Although they asked if I wanted a CD with the photos and a book and some extra photo which ended up adding up to 9404yen. So cheaper than the original price. Here are the photos that are on the CD that I go. The book version is cropped to a nice size. The last photo is my favourite =). That's my 2 hours of being a Maiko.

TrickEye Museum + New Hairdo

21.10.2013 - TrickEye Museum

That day I went to the Trick Eye Museum in Hongdae. I got there around 12pm. Met up with my friends and went inside. It was quiet and nice. It was super fun! We wanted to stay as long as we can. However, Chinese and Thai tourist joined the empty crowd and ruin it all for us. They didn't wait or had no manners when taking photos. It become really rushed and frustrating! It wasn't so fun anymore. After that we headed to the Ice Museum and we stayed in there until we almost froze to death. Reason why, it was too cold for the crazy tourist to stay in there for too long WOO~!

We finished up with the museum after staying in there for almost three hours. We decided to get caricatures drawn. I asked for cute... I didn't think it was cute =.=" oh well.

Ice Museum

I can't remember what we did, oh I remember... We had lunch that wasn't that great, but headed to Kyobo which is the best place ever!!! Bought little cute bottles =D and headed back to Hongdae, although I had to go back to my place to refill my wallet. The we went for Karaoke! Only 25000won for 2hours!! AMAZING!!!

22.10.2013 New Hairdo

I have an appointment to get my hair done! We all decided to go to Ilsan early to go bike riding. The bike riding was not bad!! It cost 5000won for 2hours but we could only ride for 1 hour because of our hair cut appointment.

My hair took so long. I got it cut and dyed. That took about 3-4 hours. I was getting super tired. If i had a DS and Pokemon or even GTA I would totally play that instead of nodding of to sleep. They also dyed my eyebrows which I think was a bad idea. It looks like I have no eyebrows!! Good thing I have eyebrow powder.

Getting my hair dyed was so weird! I've never done it before so it felt weird and feels weird. I got used to it though, I actually miss my black hair.
